All cultures are sold with a 100% guarantee to be clean and viable.  If you find your culture(s) to be contaminated or not viable, please contact us at  We'll make sure the issue is resolved quickly and in an appropriate manner. We will replace any product, at no cost to you, if you are not satisfied with it's condition upon arrival.  We continually strive to offer the best products in the industry, and take pride in our product quality and customer service. 

We offer free shipping on everything in the continental USA (minimum order of $25 to qualify)!  All USA orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail (with exception of fruiting blocks that ship USPS or UPS ground), in non-branded packaging, with no indication of packaged contents.  Our name Cloud Culture Mushrooms will NOT appear on return address labels or anywhere else on the outside of packages.  Rather, Cloud Culture will appear on return labels with our address.  Absolutely no indication of packaged contents or mushrooms will appear on any USA orders.

Shipping takes place in 3 days or less upon receiving payment for all liquid cultures, spore prints and cultivation supplies.  Under unusual circumstances, there may be a delay.  In this case, we would send a follow up email  with an estimated shipping date.  We always send a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping can take up to 4 weeks for petri dish and slant cultures, but typically takes less than 2 weeks. We’ll send a confirmation email with an estimated shipping date 1 to 3 days from the date of your order, and a confirmation email when your order ships.

All of our products are available for international shipping globally through USPS Priority Mail International; with exception of our Gourmet Mushroom Home Grow Kit and Grain and Master All-In-One Mushroom Fruiting Blocks.  We don't ship these two items internationally due to their weight.  There is a 40% restocking fee for any returned international orders due to any reason.  Shipping cost isn't refunded if orders are returned.  Required by law, international orders are shipped with a customs form attached to the outside of the package, listing its contents.  Our name Cloud Culture Mushrooms will NOT appear anywhere on packaging, return address labels, materials within the package, or packing slips.  There will be no mention of mushrooms anywhere for international orders.  Rather, Cloud Culture will appear on return labels and packing slips with our address.  Internationally shipped packages may be inspected by customs officials, so our "Cloud Culture" labeling is to protect the privacy of our international customers.  Customers purchasing internationally assume all shipping risks and liabilities.  We don't guarantee the arrival of international shipments.  We fill out customs forms, but the customer is responsible for sending other required paperwork or permits for receiving live cultures or products sold on our website.  Please contact us at if shipping is unavailable for your area during checkout.

Please consider the weather conditions where you live, and order cultures when temperatures are optimal in your area.    Generally, cultures travel well with mail carriers, but make sure you are available to bring them inside immediately upon arrival, and unpack them.  We do not guarantee that domestic or international cultures will survive due to extreme weather conditions.  Mailboxes in extreme temperatures above 99° F or below 33° F are not guaranteed to survive.  Considering live cultures cannot tolerate weather extremes, we recommend that you track your package with the provided tracking number, so you can bring it inside immediately upon delivery.

We ship all products through USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority International Mail, except for the Home Grow Kit and Grin & Master Fruiting Blocks.  They ship through UPS ground.  Though extremely rare, products may be lost by the post office and will not be replaced or re-sent.  Please contact USPS to file any related claims.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to know and understand sterile laboratory technique, and the skills required to work with mushroom culture(s) and equipment.  We do not replace cultures due to maltreatment.  We reserve the right to deny service if we feel any of our policies are are not being followed.
